I don't exactly know when it started, but i have felt like total shit lately. I am irritable, cant sleep, when I do, I over sleep. so i got to thinking...

You can take Melatonin capsules. Ever since I started taking them, I've felt better. They're herbal, so you don't have to worry about filling your body with worthless medications.
